Brake repair in North Houston

Squealing, grinding or a soft pedal? We check the whole brake system and replace only the parts that are actually worn.

Common signs

When to bring it in

  • Squealing or grinding when you stop
  • Brake pedal feels soft, low or spongy
  • Car pulls to one side when braking
  • Shaking in the pedal or steering wheel when you stop
  • Brake warning light is on
What we do

We inspect pads, rotors, calipers, brake lines and fluid before we recommend anything, and tell you about how much life your pads have left.

If only the front pads are worn, that’s all we quote. Then we road-test the car to make sure it stops straight and smooth.

Questions

Good to know

Do I need new rotors or just pads?

Not always both. We measure the pads and check the rotors for wear and warping, then tell you which ones actually need replacing.

Is it safe to drive with grinding brakes?

Grinding usually means the pads are worn down to metal. That damages the rotors quickly and makes stopping harder, so call or book as soon as you can.

Why replace both sides?

Brakes are replaced in pairs on the same axle so the car stops evenly. We’ll tell you whether it’s the front, the rear or both.

We had them complete the front/rear brake rotors and pad replacements... I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shopKaled Kandil · Google review · Read it
